I have just acquired a one previous owner 2006 Bright Silver Liberty Limited. The Jeep has 80,600 miles on it. I'm finding this site very useful in terms of things to look out for, and stuff that might need to be added/changed on the Liberty. For example, thanks to this site I am about to discover whether the Jeep has been subjected to F37!! I suspect it has, because it has been maintained mostly at dealerships, although a non-dealer shop replaced the Torque Converter at 71,700 miles, but there is no indication what TC was installed. Just that the unit was supplied by the previous owner. Is there a way to find out what TC might be in there? I am hoping to be able to get some information from the PO, but have so far not succeeded in contacting him. Over the first 500 miles I was pleasantly surprised to average 28 mpg with a standard air filter, so I'm wondering if there is modified ECU in the Jeep. Again, is there any way to find out? I need decent quality rubber mats for front foot wells and cargo space. Any ideas where I should be looking?

I'll be back here with some more questions and maybe some answers, when I find out exactly what I have sitting in the driveway!!
