Hooked in Ohio

My name is Dave, and I live in Toledo, OH (where Jeeps are born). I bought my first Liberty a few months ago. It's a 2005 Rocky Mountain Edition. I fell in love with it instantly, and so thoroughly, that I ended up buying a 2006 Jeep 65 Edition Liberty for my wife two weeks later lol. Neither of them are brand new of course, but they are both in excellent condition, and each at around 50k miles. Long story short, I LOVE my KJ's, so I figured this was the place to be! I'm looking forward to learning from those of you who've had them long enough to know them inside and out. I've been registered on JeepKJCountry for a little while, but it seems a lot of people reference this forum in there.

Several of us live in and around Toledo. Stop on in the Ohio chat room and jump into the action. A bunch of great folks in Ohio and even a few out of staters lay claim to Ohio because we're so dang cool :jester:

You'll have to meet up with us some time and see Tom's in person so ya really catch the bug!

Sounds like a good time, and I'll definitely make my way over there sometime soon, but my wife will probably hate Tom forever when I start spending money on mods like his lol.

My wife just rolls her eyes when Jeeps come up. But she is used to people stopping me at gas stations/ Walmart / Kroger / where ever to talk Jeeps :wink:

She did however get upset a little when I had her translating last year asking a guy about the front bumper on his Defender when I was over there visiting her! :lol:

Lots of wives and girlfriends roll there eyes when guys start talking Jeeps and doing mods, but then we are all suppose to understand and smile when they talk about shoes and purses, come on who cares if its a Prada? :shock:
