Future owner of CRD

I am about to purchase a 2005 Liberty CRD, $6,500, 137,000 miles, 1 owner. I am nervous but excited because of most peoples views about the CRD from this Forum. It is 500 miles away and I have only seen if through pictures from dealer. I don't know if the timing belt has been changed., that would be the first thing. Suppose to all be in working order. If I decide to get it, I think I can fix with the Forums help.
Do we know the life expectancy of the engine and trans?
No mods that I am aware.

No mods that I am aware.

There's a guy on here with a gasser KJ with 200k+ miles. I'm sure 137,000 miles is no problem for a CRD. That's if it has been taken very good care of and not abused.
