I don't know if this is the correct area to post this. I have been having one persistent problem with my 2008 Liberty. At around 35 mph in fourth gear on the automatic, it feels like the engine is missing. It has new plugs (currently 43000 miles). The dealer says that it is the torque converter locking up and then unlocking. The hesitation is about one per second. There are no trouble codes in the computer.

Have others experienced this problem, and if they have, is there a solution? The dealer just shrugs his shoulders.
