Hi everyone. Just bought an '05' CRD & looking to tow my 18 Ft. camping trailer and save some money on fuel costs day to day. I'm living in Richmond BC Canada and my Liberty has 147K miles on it and it needs some TLC.
It has a newly rebuilt transmission & I have already began fixing it up with new tires, having the recent recall completed for the rear lower control arms & having a 4 wheel alignment done. My brother & I will be completing the NOOB checklist and doing some minor performance mods, Air filter & some EGR mods. I am debating having the GDE re-programming done and am also wondering where I can source parts besides e-bay. I have seen a timing belt kit on-line intermittently, but it comes & goes on my e-bay searches. Also wondering about diesel additives and if I should bother with them.
