Post subject:  Hello and thank you for this site

Hi, I'm a long time jeep owner, my first jeep was a CJ, my next one was a YJ, then 2 TJ's the second TJ was modified with an old man emu lift 33 tires and did alot of local runs, theeeen.... I had a baby, theeeeeen a year later I had another baby and i traded my beloved TJ to my cousin for her 4 year old GMC Jimmy which accepted my 2 childseats better. Now 5 years later and the wife said i could buy another Jeep, but im much older now, and didn't want to spend the cash on the new wranglers which in my area would run me 15K plus and i didn't want to deal with the 2 roofs, and all the rusty hinges but for some reason I LOVED JEEP and wanted another one, so after doing much research and avoiding all the "chick jeep" threads online I decided to get a KJ..... I got a 2006 browny green one in absoloute showroom condition with 68K on it. Now I have the fever to start adding things to it and it hasn't been a day yet, I LOVE THIS THING, I'd also like to state im 6' 220lbs black belt and i'm proud to say screw all the chick stuff, this is a more reserved yet could be as capable as any TJ...... almost......
Now i am going to start reading in here but the only thing that really bugs me right now is that I have 225\75\R16 wrangler tires and they look small, what would be the BIGGEST size to put on these 5 star rims that came stock on this thing to make it a tad more beefier????

Cheers

Just got 245\70\16 Cooper Discoverer AT/3's and they look GREAT and they drive like a cadillac, they are a little wider than the 235/75/16's but not higher they don't rub at all. I found cornering better, softness of ride better....So for all you liberty owners who need new tires but don't want aggressive 10 ply AT tires these are the tires for you...
