I have been reading your forum for around a year now and searching high and low for a nice Liberty CRJ. I found one on Friday, bought it and am now the proud owner of a 2005 Liberty Limited CRD with 61,000 miles on it. I studied the Noob guide and performed the MAP cleaning, fuel filter change, EHM and ORM and air filter change yesterday. I will be looking into a Tune next week. Thank you for the awesome information provided here! |

Howdy Welcome to LOST I normally link to the Noob guide - but if you've already found - that you're headed the right direction one caveat I will add - even though you're at 61K and the timing belt says 100K - it's also 8 years old and most of the manufacturers recommend a 6 year change (don't think Chrysler mentions that) I'm on the side of planned maintenance beats unplanned repair |

Thanks for the heads up on the timing belt issue. I didn't want to hear that, but you are probably right. I will start collecting the stuff required to tackle it soon. |
