Hello all, Logan here. just wanted to drop in and say hello. I am in the beginning stages of modding my '05 3.7l, 4x4 KJ. I'll be around a bit as I am more of an aircraft mechanic than an automotive dude. Nothing major done yet, besides some paint and typical maintenance and fluid changes, but I will be installing a lift kit in two weeks to begin. A million opinions on lifts, but so far I'm going with a Frankenlift II or JBA Econo 3.5. I'm still learning and deciphering though, so we'll see. I have a set of Firestone Destination A/T 31 x 10.50 x 15's with some unknown wheels, (American Racing perhaps, I'll post a pic later to figure it out), but again, still learning what will roll, rub, reject or rock.

Thanks all, look forward to acquiring craploads of good info and possibly hitting some dirt,

Welcome to LOST
Looks like you've been doing your home work
wheels stay with 7 inches wide/ 4 inches of backspacing for best results
31-10.50s will be pushing it on height and you'll lose power and mileage so be forewarned or just know 4.10s are in your future

Yeah, I hear ya. The 31 x 10.50's are a used set hanging around in my garage, so I thought for money's sake, I'd use them. I have been eyeballingsome Goodyear 245/5/16 and 255/75/16. I'm not too knowledgeable on tires and wheels though. Seems those sizes get around a lot here.

245-75-16 is a good size, or 255-70/265-70 -16s
