As a long time Jeep owner-FSJ, XJ, ZJ, m715-I recently saw another Jeep on CL a CRD KJ. Problem was it doesn't run. I joined up to find out about little diesels. Great information already! but I have more questions.
Is a 2006 CRD KJ with 118k miles not running worth getting and if so how much might it be worth?? Thanks in advance.

however repairing a broken CRD depends on how they broke it
if it was only the timing belt - the engines are designed to kill the rockers first
so you're probably looking at about $1200 in parts to do it well
