Hello All,

New KK owner here. Picked up my 2010 Liberty about 3 weeks ago. I love it.
Gas mileage be darned, that's what my little Mazda is for :D

Was having an issue right off the lot (intermittent "Fuel Cap" warning) but dealer replaced some bits and now we're happy.

Love this board for all kinds of ideas already. Been looking at pictures currently trying to decide on new wheels.

Look forward to sticking around and learning a ton.

Cheers,
Greg

Welcome. Tons of info here and pictures available.
The first thing you should be looking at is new tires being that you live in Canada. The KK is an animal in the snow with the right tires.
Did your KK come with the factory engine block heater? I'd get that if I were you because of your location as well.

Thanks!

It doesn't get as cold here as it does in a lot of other places, where we are surrounded by ocean.
We'll get snow, but temperatures generally stick around -10 C (14 F) throughout the winter. Occasional dips below that, but nothing crazy.

Folks around here don't generally run block heaters, and there aren't places to plug in either. Was a different story when I was living in Edmonton or Saskatchewan. Out there they had block heater plugs at every parking space.

Unless the old girl is going to be exceptionally taxed by the cold, I think it will be fine as is.

Snow tires are now on, and we got our first light dusting of snow this morning. Amazing how everyone forgets how to drive in the stuff every year.
