Hello Everybody at Lostjeeps, I'm new but not new to Jeeps. I've had a few Cherokee's and Grand Cherokee's. I just bought a 2005 Liberty CRD, I bought it with a hurt engine. I've been wrenching on diesel vehicles for over 30 years professionally but this is the first CRD Jeep for me (actually for the wife when it's fixed) So my best guess with what happened to this engine is a valve broke and busted a piston and the head because it's locked up and the crankcase was full of coolant. I know for sure when I get it out. |
