Bought my 2007 Liberty KJ new. Love it. Have kept it stock. Don't have the funds to get creative. Found this site while attempting to find replacement suspension clevis forks for the front struts. I haven't had any luck. No one has them? Are they discontinued? Did jeep change the strut system? Mine are rusted horribly. They look they they are going to fall off any day. Anyone have any suggestions?

A few vendors still list them as available. Best to call before ordering and make sure they have them in stock.

Mopar Parts Overstock list them:> https://www.moparpartsoverstock.com/p/_ ... 748AC.html

$225 a piece. Ouch! Those forks are made of some solid cast iron. I bet if you took them off and brought them somewhere to be bead blasted to remove the crusty rust and then painted them, they would look as good as new.

Finding a set at a salvage yard would save you a bundle and you could still do the above for cheap.

Agreed, if you don't want new with their high prices, picking a set from the boneyard would be much cheaper. Should be plenty of them out there as gassers have the same part.
