you can ake a grounding kit yourself just go buy good stereo wiring I used zero guage on all my cars and some big ring terminals and just replace all the factory grounds

Power flows in a circuit. Neither side is more important than the other, but the weaker of the two will limit the circuit. That said, improving the connection from the negative side of the battery to the chassis is not a bad idea if you have added load to the positve side.
