Its for a 2005 renny with the 6disc cd changer? Im trying to install a line converter so I have rca's but i cant seem to find the right color wires?

Anyone with a wiring diagram form an 05 please help me out. I have found other diagrams and cant seem to find the right colors.

I need to know both the left and right rear speakers both (+) and (-) thanx

Left Front + Dark Green
Left Front - Brown with Red stripe

Right Front + Violet
Right Front - Dark Blue with Red stripe

Left Rear + Brown with Yellow stripe
Left Rear - Brown with Light Blue stripe

Right Rear + Dark Blue with white stripe
Right Rear - Dark Blue with orange stripe
