Alright, I checked out JeepKJ country, I see the install there. My question is: Will the 2004 GC evic work? I want temperature, compass, and the gas/trip mileage thing. I dont need the sunroof or homelink, but i dont think it'll hurt if they're there. I dont want the Tire Pressure, because I hear if you dont have the tire pressure installed, it'll give you an error. Oh, I have an 05 Renegade.

it will work, i know becuase i'm using an evic from an 04 grand cherokee and i have an 03 KJ. You just dont get instant miles/gallon you get an average i beleive was the difference. Something to that effect.

You will need to purchase the ambient temperature sensor in order to get temp readings at your evic. I beleive it can be had for about $30 from the dealer. Not sure on the part number though, i'm sure somebody can chime in on that one.
