On the shifter console to tell you if you are in park or drive? I never noticed before, but got in to drive the Liberty last night and it was pitch black and I thought hmmm....I wonder if there should be a light there. I didn't look to see if it was a blown fuse or anything figured I would ask if there is even supposed to be a light there before I started looking for the fuse.

There is supposed to be a light. (when you find which fuse it is, let me know) My lights are out and so is the hazard light. Is your hazard light still lit?

03 Freedom with some neat stuff done to it that I learned about here.

Yeah my hazzard is still lit. I noticed last night that it was still working.

Maybe its a bulb. I just got this Liberty so I will have to do some digging to find out whether it is a fuse or bulb issue.

Shoot it's probably easier to pop the bezel off from the shifter and check the bulb than it would be to try and track down the suspect fuse.
