I just installed the second one with the white box. Hate to say I paid 160 for it. Works fine. I unplugged the sat radio plug and plugged this one in. I cant use the sat radio now, but never wanted too. Sounds good and 15 minute install. I drilled a hole near the power plug below the ac controls and sit the ipod in the little open area near the plug.
