What's the difference between a Texas Star Modulator and an Amplifier? I can get the Texas Star DX250 used for ~200 bucks or a new Fat Boy 450w amplifier for about the same. What's the difference? |

A Modulator works on TX and an Amplifier works on TX and Rec. the problem with the Modulator is OVER Moulating and making you sound like you have a mouth full of mush. a good power mic with reverb works great with just an Amplifer ,JMHO |
