Is there any factory radio other than the RB1 that will display station and artist information with the factory Sirius tuner in an 05 KJ?

Nope. To get all of the information you'll have to go RB1 or aftermarket.

03 Freedom with some neat stuff done to it that I learned about here.

On the 06 KJs you cannot get the Nav radio with Sirius or UConnect....why the change? I suppose this means that none of the Mopar radios will display the full Sirius information (artist.song) right??....or does the 6 disc now display the full info???
