Hey all so this is my situation. I bought a 10" subwoofer in a package deal that came with all the wires and an amp. it came in a box but i dont really like it and i was wondering if i could take apart the box it came in and make my own to put it in? also if you guys have made a box that looks cool put up some pics i need design ideas!!! THANKS!! (sorry its alittle long) |

building anything besides a sealed box is a pain. i know if you look at my post "the newest setup" you'll see it's a big box but it was a pain putting it together. you can reuse the box that it is in unless it is a ported box and you want to go sealed. should post what brand and model of the sub if you want any real help. |

if you look up the speaker model on the companies website it will give you specs for the demensions of the box you should build, and weather or not it should be sealed, or ported. and it should be an easy build. most people use 3/4" MDF |
