Anyone have one of these installed? I picked one up for a killer $19 since they're coming out with the next-gen version...I see that there are three ways to install it: use the FM transmitter (crappy, I have a tape adapter that works better), wired FM adapter (again, why bother), or hardwire it to the sound system. It's that last one I'm not sure on - anyone done it?

i definety wouldnt do the fm transmitter, im not sure how to hard wire it in to your sound system but thats sounds like the most complicated as well

Supposedly if you have the setup for a six-CD changer (I don't have the changer, but the interface is there) it's possible to use the audio out on it without buying anything additional and without too much trouble. So sayeth the manual. I was just hoping someone else here had installed it, especially so I could see where he/she mounted things. There isn't a lot of space on the console for the controller knob.

if you take your radio out and you see that you have an extra plug, you can use that.

Metra Electronics makes a part that will plug into there giving you an Aux input for a headphone jack.

I've installed about 30 of em in honda's lately and they work amazing and are CAKE to install.
