Right now I am using a spare tire mount made by jerseykj. I am thinking about putting the antenna on the roof but I don't want to drill any holes. How well would this hold up off road? http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-4-MAGNET-SUPER-MAG-ANTENNA-QUAD-MOUNT-CB-HAM-RADIO_W0QQitemZ220322688997QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20081203?IMSfp=TL081203111003r37347 Thanks, Bill |

It's over kill! I have a magnet mount on my roof and it NEVER moves. Branches have beat the daylights out of it and it stays in place with no damages. Terry EDIT: It only has 1 magnet. |

How'd you run the coax to the roof? |

Out the rear passenger door, under the rubber seal and wrapped it once around the roof side rails. The wrap around was so the coax wouldn't flap around in the wind. Terry |

Thanks. I am going to try running it through my light bar but if that doesn't work then I will do it that way. |
