| Post subject: | Replacement Relay for Hella 500s |
I have a set of hella 500 driving lights (not the stock ones). Any idea where to get a replacement relay for it? Autozone only had one generic relay for sale and it wasn't the right connector. I could probably order online, but I'd prefer to just go to a store and pick it up. Any ideas? |

Was it a problem with the molded connector on the wires that attaches to teh relay? It should fit the standard format layout, I'll go out to mine right quick and double-check. |

OK, so nothing in my world is ever 'quick'  Here is a pic of two relays out of my Jeep:
The one on the left is a generic I picked up at Autozone for my fog lights, the one on the right is the relay that came with my Hellas. The only difference between them is the location of the molded tab where the screw holds the unit to the metal, otherwise the connector layout is identical. Hope this helps. |
