Could anyone be so kind as to tell me or direct me to a thread that discusses installing a male stereo auxiliary plug into my stereo system? I have a '05 liberty sport with stock radio/one cd player. Thanks a lot.

Tough to answer without details, but if you have the original factory radio you need an "aux in" adapter.

Something like this one:

The adapters are not cheap. Depending on what you are doing, sometimes it's better to add an aftermarket radio instead.

The simplest & cheapest method is to buy an FM transmitter that you plug into a cigarette lighter plug.

I have one to plug my XM Radio or MP3 player into.
You should be able to find one at your nearest Radio Shack or Wal-Mart.

I used a Peripheral PXDX to convert the input and then connected that to a JL Audio CL-SES switcher to route audio from my Sirius, Rosen, iPhone, NAV and CB though the deck. Pretty much the best route to take for the serious enthusiast.
