Hey Droid Bionic Owners, Looks like ICS is finally available for us!!! Mine is 75% downloaded. The servers are busy, but keep trying to get the update. |

Ok so a) what is ICS? b) what do i download? c) who developed your ICS? (is there an official company that makes a particular one?) I searched in google play and came up with all kinds of different themes ICS Launcer, Free and Payed for. |
