| Post subject: | wiring lights |
I was wondering... i have my lights wired to my battery with the stock fuse that came with it. The switch gets really hot. Is there a way to make it where the switch does not get so hot? I think i am doing it wrong, wiring through the battery, so I need some help. Thanks~ |

how bout gettin a relay to handle the actual electrical "load", so the switch doesnt carry the load. the switch would control the relay, and the relay would control the lights. |

so do i just go to pepboys, and buy a relay, and attach that to the wire inbetween the battery and fuse, or fuse and switch? |
