Mileage isn't really the concern for the rest of the components right now, bearings don't age out and the water pump seal should be just fine.
The rubber belt however, that is 8 years old now and even with the low mileage, that has been sitting a LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time without moving. $80 or so from Amazon, and you can change just that and be fine for another 80k miles without worrying.
I would also completely change the brake fluid - brake juice is hydroscopic, it is designed to absorb and trap water. Brake juice is actually supposed to be completely flushed once per year, but I don't know anyone that does that. I certainly never have with any of my vehicles... But 8 years and such low mileage, that fluid has probably never been heated up to get it working.
