I can't find any mechanic even a dealership in my area to do a rocker timing job. Has anyone bought a long block and does it come with the waterpump and timing installed?

This is my Jeep there are many like it but this one is mine!

Well there are 2 obvious questions - 1) what's your area as there is plenty of know how on the forum not to mention member's with tools and 2) why do you want to buy and have installed a long block (several thousands of $s) vs. under a grand for TB and rocker parts plus a couple of days labor or so?

A longblock most likely will not come with the timing belt installed, why are you looking for that, versus just a timing job?

For reference: I am one of the forum members with tools that will travel to you and work on the CRD. I do the timing belt job right, and could probably do it with my eyes closed at this point. The book says it should be a 5 hour job, I can do it in just over 3 hours.
