The A/C quit again today and I stopped by the dealer to prove to them it;s acting up. With a quick check, the mechanic bypass the low pressure switch and started cooling great. Of course they don't have one in stock and have to order one that works for diesel.

No problem with mine, it has been hot here, and have had the ORM for about 15000 miles or so.

Is the engine oil cleaner after using the ORM for 15k, is the map cleaner too.

About the a/c there is a vaccum solenoid that is control by that parrt on the left of the engine, it has an small filter that look like a gas filter, check that.

Nescosmo.....

I thought that was the filter for the turbo vacuum valve. ?????? Wait a minute that's on the right side of the engine, oh, well it's at the dealer now. They going to replace a hose, we will see.

The dealership fix it right this time. They replaced the line that held the orfice valve and the reciever dryer that included the low pressure switch. Works like a champ now, it got as low as 34 F in 95 F weather. I still have the MAF plugged in, not having any performance problem and no smoking and turbo works the same. Maybe the computer learns the ORM over time and adjust anyway.
