You might want to check your speed and speedo with a GPS unit. With your speedo reading 63mph with stock tires and you actually going 60 mph indicates somethings not reading correctly.

That is where I got the speed data.
Mile figures were verified by both driving a known route and coming up with the same with both MicroSoft Streets and trips and my Garmin GPS.
I have to assume the Odometer and Speedo are in error.
With my old Jetta the speedo and odometer were dead nuts.
Having the error on my Liberty is sloppy Engineering.
