Seems I have several issues going on. Just to troubleshoot I unplugged the battery for a half hour, deflated my tires to stock (35ish), drove 17 miles on the highway. The light went from solid back to flashing every 10 minutes. So there is some error in the system somewhere or onenor more of my new dorman sensors are not working. I think I will have to visit a dealer to diagnose and recalibrate them to higher pressure for 65 psi max tires that I plan to run around 45-50.

Well, I think I'm about ready to give up on the TPMS now, $200 later. After replacing with all new Dormans and paying a tire shop to install, I could never get them to self-learn with my system, which also has higher rated load D tires. I went to the dealer today to see if I could have them to reprogram my car for the higher inflation rating. They took it back and tried, but came back to me and said there were no errors in the system but they couldn't reprogram. They asked if the sensors were "aftermarket" (I didn't give them that piece of information this time b/c they had refused to even attempt it previously). They said they are unable to communicate with aftermarket sensors to properly program they system for higher inflation pressures. [I'm not sure why that is since I would think it is the BCM that is programmed, not the sensors, but there you have it.] So, beware if you go with the Dormans and have non-OEM spec tires that require different inflation values, you may not be able to have that adjusted at the dealer afterwards. The only solution at this point would be for them to install 5 new OEM sensors at lots of $$$. What a silly system.
