Success! It was the radiator after all...I think. Turns out I did switch the fan clutch too, but I was wrong in that one was OEM and one was Hayden. Put the OEM one on off my CRD. May need to swap it again to make sure it is not the issue. I did a garden hose flow check with both radiators off the vehicle and didn't notice a difference. I'll take it in to have it cleaned but may boroscope it first to see for my self or hope to get a report from the shop.
