Hiya Ladies and Gentlemen!

New to the forum community, long time Diesel Libby Lover.

I think I blew the Turbo on my '06 Jeep 2.8 CRD...high end whine, no real power...I thought it was a split hose Turbo in and just replaced it on a whim OEM which was stupid but I thought a quick fix.

So before I do anything stupider...;D I thought I would see profession counseling...LOL!!!

Any interest in helping a fellow Jeep junkie out would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Start by removing the intake hose from the turbo.
Look inside to see if anything looks broken.
Stick you fingers in there and see if it spins freely and smoothly.
Wiggle the shaft side to side and forward and back to see if there is any movement.
