Anyone know what a p1262 trouble code is? CRD still seems to run great but the CEL came on and I pulled that code. I cleared it out but I havent been able to drive it for a bit yet. |

Did it come on right when you turned the key? I did a google search and it referred to a signal to the #2 cylinder...maybe glow plug or something. Call an Auto Parts house that has a scanner...they should be able to help. |

The wife says it wasnt on before, so yea looks like it did come on after that start up.. I drove about 60 miles with a few start ups and it didnt come back on. And of course it happens a hour after all the dealers service dept close! |

It is probably a glitch in #2...might not happen again...just keep an eye on it. |
