I'm trying to get some idea of the best locations for fuel in the Tucson area as well as any BioDiesel info. I'm about 20 miles south but go into town at least once a week. Fuel down here (any kind) is horribly expensive. |

I live in tucson and purchase my diesel at the circle K on 22nd and Prudence. its usually the cheapest in town. There is a BIOdiesel place down on cherry street.... but its only open during certain hours and days of the week.... Its really a bulk distributor I think.... but they will sell you some if you want it. Great to have another CRD in town... Plenty of gassers here and I have only seen 1 other CRD in town. it was a blue one???? anyway have a great day! Ted |

Thanks for the reply. I have no idea where Prudance is. My wife just called and she filled up someplace for 2.59....close to the price of gas I think but my GC takes 89 octane and that's my comparison. I have no idea if she found ULSD or the regualar stuff....and it would be folly to ask. Both seem to be in play around here. |

I've got a white CRD. I also buy my Diesel #2 from the Circle K at 22nd and Prudence. I buy my Bio-Diesel at Arizona Petroleum that is located on Cherry, just north of 22nd street. They sell both B20 and B99 blends. Plus, you can buy diesel there at a good price. I use http://www.tucsongasprices.com/index.aspx?fuel=D to check diesel prices. You can get and idea of locations from this link and the areas reported. Hope that helps. |
