When I got my CRD I pictured the Jeep Life to consist of fun weekends away in my CRD with nature.

What I've gotten is more trips to the dealer than all the cars I've had combined (I'm 39 and have had at least 17 cars/trucks in my life).

Now I'm off to get my pass. side window repaired, it doesn't want to move when requested to....

THANKS DC FOR THE JEEP LIFE!!!

I want my 1976 Grand Wagoneer by AMC experience not the Liberty by DC crap.

I am sure there are a few here that understand your dilema...seems that when one is bad...it is real bad. I had the same problem with the back windows on my 2002 gasser. If you ever get a chance to look at how the window mechanism if set up, you will know why they break every once in a while.

actually DC isn't all to blame, most of the problems were caused by the dealer and then had to be fixed by them. The window is one as well.

I just had to rant....

Yep...so many dealers are just pushing the ticket prices and trying to get the maximun return for the minimum work. They don't look at the bigger picture down the road...repeat customers, referrals, goodwill, growth, ect.
Most of the time it would only take a little more effort and they would get a much bigger return on so many levels.
