I am getting deployed for a year, and my KJ is gonna be parked in my garage, with very, very minimal engine starts and drives around the block to keep things some what lubricated. Is there anything I should add, or take out of my KJ for such a long storage? such as fluids for the fuel, to keep it somewhat clean for when i return etc etc...

I don't know too much about the storage of diesels, but I just wanted to chime in and wish you well on your journey. Stay safe and come back home safe and sound 0311_DoC.

Pri-D is supposed to be a good stabilizer. Make sure you get the -D not the -G. Top off the fuel to keep condensation out. Check the fuel filter to get any water out of it. Pump up the tires to 40 lbs. Change the oil right before you park it. Clean out the interior, make sure there are no food crumbs inside. If you live in an area with rodents, set and maintain traps not bait. They will for sure crawl in your Jeep to die.

A quick spin around the block is the worst thing you could do. Drive it for 30-45 min to heat everything up or leave it alone for the duration.

Good luck and stay safe.

The stale fuel is going to be your biggest problem. If it were mine, it would be "mothballed" and on blocks. I would completely drain the fuel system then dissconnect and plug the fuel line from the filter to the IP. Any fuel you left in the tank would likely give you problems so drop/drain the tank and leave it empty (it's also a good time to install the tank drain DC didn't give us). When you return, it just a matter of reconnecting the pump, filling, and re-priming the fuel system.

I'm with RFCRD on recommendations. The only other way is to have someone drive it once in a while, but then you run the risk of them wrecking it etc. I would just store it as suggested by RFCRD.
