I have been associated with quite a few Diesel Truck sites for the pas few years and admined a couple too.

Can I mak a suggestion?

Can we break this forum thread down into sub catagories to make it easier to navagate?

IE: Engine , Tanny, Performance, General Body, ... and so forth?

This way everything is not jumbled together.

I'd be willing to help if you'd like.

We are lucky to just have a separate section for CRD's. Most other sites group all KJ stuff into one heading. Here we have General, 4x4, 2x4 performance, Electronics and CRD. Since there were only 11,600 or less CRD's built and sold...I think it would be 'busy' to divide the CRD section into "component" sections. It really has worked out pretty well so far...I do wish the "search funtion" worked a little better, but it is what it is. Thanx for the offer tho...

Personally, I prefer it this way rather then searching around for items of interest. Good thought hough.

I'd love to have a bio-specific section (selfishly) but again, it's a matter of demand. Would THAT many people really frequent it? Maybe, maybe not. It's probably better to leave it here and use appropriate subject headers. The people that don't care about Bio won't read it

There are other boards for bio-heads, although none as informative and active as this one.

I don't think there is enough volume to warrant subdivision.

Indeed, and I wish one of the alternative fuel boards would use PHPBB... I'm so spoiled and L.O.S.T. without it.

I have to agree with prior posters- this CRD section doesn't have enough traffic or a high enough post count to justify multiple forums.

The search function is a bit of a bear, but asking around usually produces a wealth of info.

Not a bad idea, though, just not enough "peeps".
