Post subject:  Factory Service Manual on PDF

If you poke around ebay you can find the factory service manuals in PDF format on a CD. You can also get them from Chrysler. The 02-04 engine is different from 05 and 06.

The factory manuals are very detailed.

VM Motori SA makes the diesel engines for jeeps. Here's the link http://www.vmmotori.it/en/01/00/index.jsp The US version available in 05 and 06 is a 2.8L with twin cams and 4 valves per cylinder and has wet sleeves. the engine previously available outside the US was 2.5L 51% of VM is owned by the Penski Group and 49% by Detroit Diesel. Detroit Diesel is owned by DC so the engine is partly DC
