Could somebody with a good relationship with their service department ask about the length of the fault code history and whether it can be cleared? Also, can a code scanner access the entire history, or is part of it only available to DC? Maybe Mr. Mopar would like to weigh in on that one? It has been suggested that it is permanent, but that could work as much against DC in a lemon law situation. I know the history is at least 50 warmup cycles.
