50 miles and parked then ate. When we left and i tried to shift the jeep and nothing was happening? Called a tow truck and the dealership that did the work there tech mentioned looking under the jeep for a loose cable i found it ant fixed the jeep. i returned the jeep to let them permantley fix i hope? Seems the more wrenching done to my jeep the less i want to own. Had a different dealer do lower control arms and now the jeep feels used and steering wheel wobbles at high speeds. Im ready to make chrysler buy this back ive got 32,000 miles. Any sugestions on how to procced i paid $26.700 i contacted a attorney he states i should send the lemon card in. Who at chrysler do i want to talk to before getting an attorney involved. I love my CRD and was planning on keeping forever but i lost my confidence mostly with dealers service departments. FYI im in Utah

Welcome to club, I love my KJ, I hate Jeep's Service and their customer-handling practices. It sounds to me that 32k miles could be a bit too late to file lemon card, but someone with more experience might give you a better idea.

I never got any response back from my dealer. Once I said "Why don't you answer my e-mails" still nothing, whenever I call I was made to leave message.
D.C. should have customer relations dept, they would be your contact.
