Got 31.6 a couple of weekends ago on a 500 mile trip with 4 adults and cargo. Been averaging 27. Been down to 23 when pulling my trailer. Got 20K on my '06 CRD.

Katmandu-

I ran a 400 mile trip to Seattle and 400 miles back with the ORM and without, 28.8 both ways.

didn't matter though, I can only get 22 or so in my volvo four cylinder running the same trip and can't run bio-diesel.

the big change is the happy feeling I have when the thing hits 55mph or so and just shifts into gear instead of shuddering and lurching, plus I know that a minimum of soot is getting in the engine... 8)

20>22 mixed driving without. About 31>32 best on a long freeway trip.
23>26 mixed driving with. Haven't done a long haul yet but I am guessing perhaps 34. On a couple of short freeway runs since the ORM I notice the mileage improves quickly.

My wife's commute is 45 miles each way. The middle 2/3 of it is highway, with stop and go on either side. She's averaging 26mpg with the ORM. The Suncoast RC goes in in a couple of weeks, and we're hoping to see a bit more after that.
