| Post subject: | Considering a CRD |
Hey guys - I am thinking about buying a used CRD. I almost bought a new one last summer, decided to buy something else and I am now regretting my decision. I really want a 4wd and I am a diesel nut. I should have bought a new one. Oh well! So anything in particular I should look for on a used CRD? I am leaning towards an 06' as I recall a trans issues with the 05? Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks, Shaun |

The Trans Issue seems to be a fuel delivery issue on some CRDs but it is definitely not the "death" of the CRD. SunCoast also has an aftermarket TC/Shift Kit solutions that actually improves the CRD. You can read an "Epinion" of mine that might help some too. Great Vehicle with rising fuel costs, ect. http://www99.epinions.com/content_355681996420 |

Buy it! Then get on lost and find out how to make it better. |
