 Post subject: Oil Question - Motul 505.01 ok for CRD?

I have a few gallons of Motul 505.01 spec oil left over from my previous VW Passat TDI. It has a3/g3 and API SJ ratings on it. Has anyone used this in the CRD without damage?
Recommendations?
