The dealer where I bought it is one hour away and they did the first oil change. They're a bunch of good-ole-boys that really know trucks and have some pride in their workmanship No issues there. I've done every subsequent change and torqued to 20-25 ft/lbs with no issues. I wouldn't trust the trained monkeys at my local dealer (2 miles from my house) to do anything more than sell me replacement drain gaskets. |

The dealer stripped the first thread by leaving the washer off. They gave me a free drain plug and two washers for the next oil change that worked fine. I will be changing the oil this weekend and going to install Fumoto drain valve so no drain valve will need to be removed again. |
