42K on the clock. Did SEGR 500 miles ago. Now have 300 miles on EHM. I used clear tube and it still looks clean as a whistle. Is this indicative of a problem?

BTW, is there some way to confirm the SEGR is doing what it is supposed to? (No CELs have been set.)

Mine stayed clear for several thousand miles, an finally turned yellowish from the heat.
Now after 10K+ miles, the tubes are still yellowish with only a small amount of black oil visible throughout the tube from the CCV.
