Pulled a very dirty blue Amsoil filter out shortly after we got the KJ, installed the NAPA Gold - the Amsoil is possibly equal to the NAPA Gold (WIX best), but I've always liked pale buff to white filters - much easier to see what I look for as mileage accrues - that's the last time for pale buff oem, tho.........

That's rather interesting - I just bought some WIX filters for my TDI which I stuffed in it yesterday. Can I trust WIX to be a good product, or is that not necessarily true?

Wix is all made in China now, and I've not found a thing to complain about, so, yeah, I'd say they're good for a good night's rest, anytime

Filters should always be white so you can see the dirt. I don't know why companies make them other colors except as a desperate way to distinguish themselves in the market.....or perhaps to hide the dirt so they look like they are lasting longer??

Mann C2975 fits the Liberty CRD. Last Wix filter I bought for our Passat TDi was made in Poland and cost $6 more than the Mann made in Germany.
