Post subject:  whats the going price for my CRD
Its an 05 Limited, stone white with crome, has pretty much everything except GPS, leather, heated seats, sun roof, 6 disc cd changer with auto steering wheel controls, new tires - silent armor, miles are kinda high at 73k, mostly highway, I really want to get some sort of TDI eventually. retail price? trade in value? just a guesstimate

$15K+ if you can get it to California. CRDs in California are like my 1985 VW camper, hold value unlike other parts of the country.

it sounds like he means it just doesnt have GPS, and I would say your prolly gonna get around $14000

...when I've looked at NADA in the past, it was usually in the ballpark as well.

I paid 16 k for a perfect 06 limited at 29k miles Via carmax, trucked in from texas for 599 dollars to san diego. I have also seen car max SELL a 05 sport basic for 24k with 33k miles on it. In irvine. Also a 55k mile 05 in spring tx for 14k and again a carmax sell at 21k in Miami on a very nice 05 limited. Sometimes I wonder what's up in those markets. There's more than just kbb involved, there's rarity and market trends and so forth.

Some places sell them like they are gassers, some don't. I saw a guy on craigslist asking 32 k for a 45kmile lifted (otherwise stock) liberty sport in chula vista ca. the scary part is I bet he sold it.

At the time that I bought my crd (back in may) it kbb'd at 26k retail, now (sep) it's at 20k. In Texas it's worth dirt. Would a Californian pay 20k for a clean 06 crd with leather and sunroof? I don't know. I wont. But obviously some will.

I bought a 06 Limited in July for 16k with 23k miles. I found it thru Auto Trader In Ohio. It has everything but NAV.
