Anyone know the size of the return hose just before it dumps back into the pan? Plan on installing a temp gauge and need to get the right size T. TIA. |

Hope someone responds to this. I would lke to see pictures as to how to get my sending unit installed without having to remove the pan, etc. DOC |

The print doesn't actually call out a nominal tube size. But 3/8" is a close guess. The thread in the case is 1/2-14 NPT. |

danoid, You are right. It's not a hose, but a tube (tubing) back by the tranny. The fitting (1/2-14 NPT) you say- it has a funny looking white collar- is this some kind of a special fitting? I'm thinking about teeing into this fitting or cutting the tubing for a tee. Have to cut the tubing anyway to change/flush the tranny oil. I guess the hose Tee I got from ISSPRO to add the sender is useless. This has turned into more of a project than I thought. Any help would be appreciated. |
