I'm posting this here so that all the CRD people will see it, as this is CRD specific. This works great, but I'm moving in a different direction with my CRD. I'm offering it for the same price I paid, but now it has the 3 position switch included. This performance module got me about a 3mpg increase, and a solid boost in power. The CRD really felt light and nimble with it. $250 shipped, and its a 5 minute install. I never even hard-mounted the switch, routing it into the cab is a snap too. You won't be unhappy, believe me. |

Let me see what the shipping looks like. It would be US Postal Service international for that, at least the thing isn't that large. Only about the size of a deck of playing cards. Personally, I don't care where it gets shipped, just that it helps someone out. Its not doing anything useful sitting in a box. |

Still available... Nobody has ever responded after the initial question of "is it available" and I'd be happy to ship it right out to a new home... |

Geordi, does the Edge plug into the OBD and what is the anticipated power gain? |

It does not plug in (nor is it detectable) through the OBD port. It connects directly to two sensor harnesses in the engine and the sensor harnesses connect to matching cables from the Edge. Power gain (butt-dyno only) is impressive, really wakes the CRD up. Even the mechanic who replaced the engine was surprised at how responsive the CRD was with it in there. Anyway, I got about 2mpg better with it, and lots of power. |
